Next Day Demolition was started because of the growing demand for demolition services we received from our sister company, Remove A Pool (removeapool.com), that is dedicated mostly on pool removal. Over the years, a lot of customers have asked if we offer demolition services for both residential and commercial projects. We started Next Day Demolition to meet those needs and grow our services, offering full-service demolition in the Delmarva region and nearby areas.

Donald H. our owner, has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, which gives him a strong knowledge of property safety, value and redevelopment. While Don was still working as a realtor, our family was already doing demolition projects all throughout the Delmarva area. Seeing an opportunity to offer reliable demolition services, he established strong connections with contractors, coworkers and others in the industry – beginning with small projects and gradually expanding the company into what it has become today.
